Hearing Stevie Wonder speaking about prayer and "our broken hearts" brings tears to my eyes.
We human beings are inherently soft-shell creatures but our ability to love gives us the power to triumph over darkness and despair.
Hearing "Higher Ground" is a great reminder of how we can all attain a higher level of humanity. Yes it is very possible.

I saw Stevie Wonder at Chicago in 1974. The next time I saw him perform was at Tom Joyner's Fantastic Voyage 2023! Had the boat rocking! He's always been civic minded.
