The Earth used to be flat, but not anymore. See, there was a big flood and all the water running off the edges eroded the planet until it was nearly round - as it is to this very day. And that's why there aren't any dinosaurs. It's just common sense, really.

No, but all kidding aside. People who sincerely believe that the world is flat are people who never have occasion to travel. If you travel east or west and never have occasion to change your clock, then you know the world is flat. If, on the other hand, you have occasion to set it forward or back, then you know it's round.

k so first of all. I am NOT one of these people who believe the earth is flat, that's insane. But here's how it was explained to me.
Imagine a globe and take the south pole and peel it open and lay it out flat, the north pole is at the center, and the south pole (Antarctica) forms a ring around everything else, forming an ice wall. Basically If you walk in any direction you're eventually gonna end up in Antarctica. Supposedly theres something called the Antarctic Treaty that secretly serves as a multinational effort to prevent people from exploring Antarctica and beyond. Because if anyone DID explore beyond they'd find more ocean, more land masses, and a 2nd sun. This repeats a 3rd time as well.
Yeah some people are just plain bonkers.
