Rogue (Danelectro) Electric Sitar Short Demo

A little demo of me checking the possibilities of my new (used) Rogue Electric Sitar. Looks like its 100% identical to the Danelectro version.

One thing i noticed is that you definitely need a harp tuning key to tune the sympathetic strings. I tuned them to an A7sus4 chord, the exact tuning is:
d, f#, g, a, c, a, g, f#, g, a, c, d and d (from low to high)

I only used a light boost (JHS Prestige) and delay from the eventide H9 then went direct in the UAD Apollo interface, no amp simulation, only a little compression from the LA-2A and a highpass filter at about 300Hz ... this thing's got a lot of bass, although I only used the bridge pickup.

For the setup of the bridge you gotta be careful not to rise it to high, then the intonation get's out of hand when playing higher on the neck (I read some complaints about this issue, but keeping the bridge on the lower side avoids this completely).
