I think you may be double counting Anthony Richardson's combine performance. We already knew that he was an athletic freak and the combine merely confirms that view but it does nothing to dispel the fears that he is too raw of a talent and may never develop into an NFL QB.

I have Bijan 1 and Richardson 2 depending on what your team needs in which I'd put Ohio state wr 2 if that is what your team needs. Richardson could easily be the best in the class but QBs are shady as fk. I'll take the shot on him myself
