TFT Normal sus Cheats

This is an edited video (I cut out much of the match as it was not relevent). Note the crazy movespeed advantage of certain players (this is not the first time I have observed this with different avatars....). Not also the super sus 3x similarly named "players"....
Last time was some player called THE SPOOOOOODER MAN or something similar....
