What a brave young man. He felt the fear and did it anyway. As an adult, i can't stress this enough...WHATEVER YOU AVOID, GROWS. The more we avoid, the more afraid we become as our brain begins to rely on it. The anxiety grows so big it then feels impossible. If you face your fears, you will overcome them. Dont aviod, don't isolate. Those two things will break you evenentually.
