Hello. Firstly I love your videos. Just starting out on this journey, and want to make rice to take to work. Will make the night before, to eat the next day. So do I ever need to put the cooled wrapped rice in the fridge? Or just leave at room temperature overnight? I'm starting out making Bento boxes. Thank you.

Hi Yoshimi, I like to confirm from you, when you said Japanese rice for Onigiri, do you mean sushi rice? If so, cooked it like sushi rice and let it cool down to room temperature and then mix whatever into the rice, am I correct? Thank you.
