The answer to the question is "Yes we want Ukraine to win" or "No". Not a long drawn out answer about what the US has done. The US has done a lot but could do a lot more and the tax payers money in the aid package does not even leave the US. The US gives older stocks and builds more up to date and fresh weapons with weapons manufacturers in the US which in turn produces more jobs for the American people and helps the US economy. This military aid is costing each US tax payer 40 cents per day. I would say that is excellent value. Lets imagine all aid is stopped and Ukraine fails to stop Russia and Russia according to UK intelligence has plans to attack Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. Four of these countries are NATO members. This means US service men and women could be going home in body bags!!! I think 40 cents per day per each American tax payer and giving weapons to Ukraine to allow them to defeat Russia themselves is excellent value without the cost of a single US service man or woman dying. The problem is there are a lot of people that are too short sighted or stupid to understand this until the body bags start coming home but it will be too late when this happens.
