As Marco pierre white so beautifully says "if they want to reward you with a star then very nice otherwise you must always remember that you are being judged by people with less knowledge than you do"

As well as the stars, there is also Bib Gourmand, awarded for "best value for money restaurants – offering a three course meal at a reasonable price."

As a chef it was never my aim to get a Michelin star, it was just to create good food. Marco had it nailed.

How manu stars do you have? I have watched your videos for a time now. I would love to come to your country exclusively to see you guys work and eat the food. And even play for it 😂

For the vast vast majority of restaurants two stars is completely unobtainable - right? I've only ever been to one such restaurant and the level of quality in all aspects was insane.

I’ve been to fallow and I love it. But, I’ve been to many starred restaurants and I don’t think fallow is on the starred spectrum. Its style is different to warrant the star. I think it’s not until you go to many starred places you will understand. It warrants the bib or the plate, but not the star. But you know, it doesn’t need it. It’s massive on its own.

Not Marco Pierre White guy threw his stars. For me, I only cook of what I want to eat. I do miss the profession

I hate London. I can't emphasise enough how much. But I would travel to London just to eat at Fallow. And I am going to.
So, not quite three Michelin stars. But you meet the criteria.🥳

So there is a fuckton of people travelling to japan just to eat a japanese McDonald's.

I've travelled exclusively to dine at Fallow and I will again. This time I'm taking my parents along.
