In unit washer/dryer is definitely not a “bare minimum” in big cities like LA, SD, NY. It was one of my top priorities as well and had to narrow things down a lot because of it.

I don't know if you have decided yet. I am living at Next-on-sixth in k-town right now. It's a good and solid apartment. I would say that it meets all your needs and offers a good price too. Plus, there is a target downstairs. Super convenient.

I used to live in apt 3 with the den and honestly really liked it!! Had the Hollywood view too which was phenomenal but I do agree the bedroom is small
