Ive watched so many of the tattooing 101 videos and your advice has always been well researched and usually spot on. Thank you for your time. Teaching us newbies can't be easy. lol. And don't ever lose your candidness. It's rare. 🤘

Nobody has been this helpful so far, honestly…my girl and I both agree, we watched tons of videos. We are signing up the course.

I'm just starting out, and this video was very helpful.

Because I've already been drawing/doing art for quite some time and also have alot of tattoos, I already know what style/types of tattoos im interested in doing.

This helped give me a better idea of which machine(s) will be best for me/my work.

Thank you 😊

I spend thousands....first 5 years I used coils and I started experimenting with rotaries and pen style machines ...I even started using the battery powered wireless pens just to end up back to my coils do use a Dan kubin and bowers rotary but mostly coils now I just like the audible feedback

After watching tons of videos, I purchased the Mast flip due to the versatility of changing the strokes 2.6mm, 2.9mm, 3.2mm, 3.5mm, 3.8mm, 4.0mm. I can't wait to try it.

I think coils are best for learning because of give. Workhorse Irons are what I apprenticed with. Irons help build muscle memory and reduce shaky lines. Probably not a good idea to start with rotaries. No gives. You can really hurt someone.

My daughter is 13 and wants a tattoo gun. $60 on Amazon sounds like a great deal for something to start out on.

First thing i was taught when i got my first coiled machones was to take it fully apart and put it back together time and time again till i no longer needed to think about the steps to do then tuning to meet ur requirements and how to ajust for skin differences if you dont have multiple machines

so if you have a pen machine, your only option for grips is disposable or autoclave? are there any sterilization options other than the autoclave

Awesome videos and easy to understand, would a 4mm stroke need to be at a certain voltage for beginning? I am just starting out on fake skin using a mast archer. But am looking to upgrade for my apprenticeship

As someone who has recently become almost obsessive over the art of tattooing and the history of it I find myself wanting to learn how to tattoo I am the furthest thing from an artist but have learned there’s alot more to tattooing than drawing dope ass sketches and what not, but my plan was to get a machine and some ink and a couple pieces of fake skin and see if I can’t draw something cool and maybe in a year or two get proficient enough to touch skin? The last thing I’d ever wanna do is insult a professional tattoo artist but I’m literally just looking to start doing some art snd any suggestions on machines or supplies would be greatly appreciated. Literally just wanna start a new hobby and see if I can’t get decent at it or at least good enough to tattoo myself lol

Bruh I’m just trying to find a gun that’s not $500 plus to practice on some fake skin like as a beginner it’s not very smart for people to be picking up these hella expensive machines but great video lol

What You think about Mast Wraith soft hard adjustable rotary pen machine? Is it a good choice for someone good skilled in drawing, but beginning with tattooing ?

I’ve been tattooed by the one of the co-creators of the inkjecta machine, these machines are great to be tattooed with.
