i think you shouldve mentioned about YTD is only priced when you did a lump sum investment but not with the cost averaging

I have invested in mutual funds in Col. There's a fund that gives you tax-free dividend every month plus the capital has the chance to appreciate and of course to incur paper losses. You gotta do your own research in selecting "the better performer" fund. Mine now has a paper gain of ~15% after a year and I have received dividends for 12 months. As long as you consistently put some extra money in the funds and it does not give you losses, i think you are fine in the long run.

Hindi na, eh yun mga fund manager lang kumikita dyan, yun saken pinull out kuna kasi sa tagal never kung nakitang kumita kahit piso, paano ba naman maganda or panget ang market babawasan parin ng fund manager yan.ako na mismo nagmamange ng portfolio ko, nakita pa ako, basic lang naman ang pse buy low sell high tsaka yun dividend pa, di naman forex yan na napaka complicated.
