I unbeknownst to me got it in 2016 when in Honduras where there was an outbreak. Three doctors that week never caught it. I didn't know I had it until six weeks later when the cruise line sent out a health alert with all the details. That was when the neuropathy started. It's 5.5 years later and neuropathy is off the charts. Neurologist are useless....
