Metal Deburring Machine - DM1100 ZC - doing the edge rounding finish on sheet metal and parts cut by punching, shearing, laser or plasma.

Removing burrs and creating round edges using cross belt technology is possible on parts up to 1100mm in width and on some as small as 50x50mm.

Consistent metal surface finishing in small or large parts can be also done with an abrasive belt and a brush unit (brush unit available on DM1100 ZCK version).

Burrs and sharp edges from Inside and outside contours of stainless steel, steel and aluminum parts cut by laser or other thermal processes are cleaned from the total surface.
