Yeah. Kimchi fired rice. 김치볶음밥. It is the one of Korean soul food. Easy to cook, Easy to eat but first of all, it not need to many ingredients to cooking. The best choice.

Yeah, Kimchi fried rice is good, although I want to try out kimchi and *garlic* fried rice. Or if normal kimchi fried rice has garlic, add more of it.

Kimchi, like most acidic foods, also pairs well with meat and oily dishes imo.

As someone who hasn't eaten kimchi fried rice before, I have to ask, what do y'all who have eaten it think about it? Agree with Kronii? Is it easy to cook? Got me curious. Wouldn't mind trying some new food, especially if it's fried rice

I hadn't even heard about Korean food before but I'd gladly try it. I like trying different and new things and you can't really go wrong with rice. I'll search about the recipe and after that I'll give some feedback but I imagine It'll be quite an awesome dish.
