Such a shame! This neighbor told LE about the scream and they believe it wasn't connected why or what do they know to dismissed that. This same old man was the one that said there was no such thing as human trafficking going on . Yet last week they arrested people with charges of human trafficking 😑😑😑😑

Key words: hour-and 1/2 before Summer is “said” to have gone missing, and animalistic scream-says to me accident happened at house, that was Candus screaming, and she was reported “missing” to 911 1.5 hrs later.

I got my mother involved in a child abuse case that I witnessed as a baby sitter, she called the child protective services three times and they dismissed it to the point of not even investigating it, the abuse went on for years we’re all grown now but I did look her up and apologize to her, all the years of abuse really messed her head up she has four kids and they’ve all been taken away, Janet I’m so sorry 💔

I believe that neighbor. She heard a scream minutes before Summer went missing and also seen a car prior go up towards the Wells home. Ugh this investigation is annoying. They should’ve taken this statement very seriously.
