Great video! Im trying to get my 1987 elite SE50 S running again. I did everything you did here, although mine was kept in garage the whole time and had no rust anywhere. 5527 miles on it. But i can't get it to keep running. I cleaned out carb which was in great shape, gas flows good into carb but i have to cover carb with hand to get fuel in and then it starts but bogs out. Not sure if float and needle valve is working good, but they look good. Should i change carb to what you got? What were your symptoms of your carb? TIA

Great video. I just rebuilt my ruby red ch125 1984... NOS piston, rings, valve seals seats and guides. All gaskets carb and fuel systems clean.. tune up and shes back on road 14, 000 miles

What are PERTS?? You said that you took perks out 2+ times & I can't find anything on Google relating to that???

Im working on one myself. You mention pressure in the tank. Is that how the fuel gets delivered to the carb? I removed the fuel line and nothing ran out.

My 84 elite has a petcock just like that one where the filter isn't attached to it. Shouldn't it have it attached to it?

You need to get a aero NH125 so you can make cool videos for it. No one makes videos for that scooter. So I watch your videos to get an idea.

Im i need of a new carburetor for my 92 elite sr af05 since the threads are stripped....this is the same carburetor did you order it off ebay? I'm trying to figure out which one to buy, thank you!

Word of advice.. muriatic acid works great but if you dont take out the fuel screen in the petcock it will eat it and turn into goo.. at least in my ch125 it did..
