I live in the state of Louisiana and while I've never heard of them being called Frickles, I don't care what you call them, as long as you are willing to keep calling them that. I like it when people call things weird names, that at least make sense.

The only month changed from HD is April having Big Top Carnival (2nd following Wingeria) instead of Easter, which had carrots and pickled eggs.
Georgito isn't prefixed with Little like Edoardo, but I feel tempted to as well.
Each Shaker wears a playing card shape - Scarlett with heart (she's often around Valentine's Day), Rudy with spade, Marty with diamond and Clover with club (plus green).
Scooter is a she and works at the Donuteria.
Liezel had Scrapple hill as her hometown growing up before moving to Tastyville (with the Pizzeria) she's also a trans girl.
Edna often goes for mint and marshmallows and Doan for mint and creameos.
The restaurant order goes: Pizzeria 1st, Burgeria 2nd, Taco Mia 3rd, Freezeria 4th, Pancakeria 5th, Wingeria 6th, Hot Doggeria 7th, Cupcakeria 8th, Pastaria 9th, Donuteria 10th, Cheeseria 11th, Bakeria 12th, Sushiria 13th, Scooperia 14th, Mocharia 15th, Cluckeria 16th, and Paletaria 17th.
Okalani's debut was in July 2020, so she and Pally were fairly new compared to the likes of Skip or Moe. Most of these 'new decade' characters like Yuko or Simone or Makaila would've appeared in Freezeria Deluxe, albeit likely late in the game (Didar was your last there). 8 had been added since like Ally Kabam or Orion in Paletaria, or Espen debuting right here.
For Christmas 2016, Flipline posted an old photo of Edna taking the X twins picture with Santa.

....about the sourdough - very easy to make yourself. You basically just need a mason jar, water, flour. put the same weight in grams (50g is a good start) of both ingredients in the jar, stir it, cover with cling film, leave it in a warm place. After 2 days of leaving it, there should be a bit of liquid and bubbles, showing you fermentation. Then you can 1) remove half, and 2) top it off with the same ingredients and measurements. If you do this correctly, after about a week of repeating, you should have your functioning starter. There's also a real nice recipe describing the process written up by the clever carrot.
Also, not to only be the sourdough person: I love your run-thoughs, they are wonderful and easy to listen to while I work on stuff!

2:52:45 as an Australian, i didn't know that BBQ sauce on pizza isn't common in other parts of the world. A cult favourite pizza to get here is a BBQ meatlovers and it HAS to be smothered in BBQ and it's just so good.

about the tooth story… my school did treasure chests too but the only two times i lost a tooth at school 1) i accidentally swallowed it at lunch while eating an orange 2) i was too nervous to tell my teacher because we were doing presentations so it sat in my desk the whole day

8:03 They gave me an envelope at the nurse's office the one time I lost a tooth at elementary school. Like the kind you use to mail letters. I totally forgot about it until you mentioned tooth cotainers and elementary school and had like, a core memory from my childhood unlock. I just stuck the envelope under my pillow with the tooth in it. The next morning, the envelope had a dollar in it. I'm now imagining the transaction taking place like getting change exchanged at the bank. Thanks for the trip down memory lane, Ms. CharlieBarley :3

By the way you can make the order BEFORE you take it down on a ticket from a closer and it'll still count! By that I mean that can still arrive in the lobby and it'll still work as long as you don't take the order before you make it.
