Nicole Malliotakis, Max Rose Face Off In NYC's Hottest Congressional Race

There was a bitter debate Wednesday night in New York City's hottest Congressional race. Voters in South Brooklyn and Staten Island are choosing between candidates who call each other "fraud" and "hypocrite." CBS2's Tony Aiello reports.

I dont know who to vote for, If you dont i recommend reading this..  its very hard to see through the truth of these politicians but Im leaning towards Nicole. Defunding the police or not to defund the police is not a yes or no answer. Its not a cut and dry subject. Dont fall for the sensationalism. Both aren’t for defunding the police. Max said he doesn’t think social workers can replace police. He wants to spend even more of our tax dollars on more police.. Since our police departments have become such a taxing authority on us as citizens over time, and majority abuse their power verbally by fear, which they are taught to do, Im for reducing the police force for only required situations. We don’t need police taxing us with traffic infractions etc.. Ask yourself why wouldn’t you be for defunding the police? Why do you want to fund police departments more with your taxes so they can tax you even more for minor infractions? We are nearly the highest taxed state. NY needs to follow Texas footsteps. Get rid of the corruption and mismanagement of our taxes. cut NY gov spending… My main concern to to get rid of corruption. Reform the corrupt NY court system. The surrogates court.. The corrupt nomination of judges. Gerard Sweeney, Michael Reich and Frank Bolz,  Sweeney, galo, all corrupt and friends with Cuomo. Those corrupt scum thieves.. Get rid of lobbying of congressmen by corporations..  None of them really talk about these issues…Nicole has stated in the debate she will be pushing for federal investigations for accountability on how our taxes are being used by the mayor.  In a broad sense, I think politicians need to spend more time on social media engaging with ordinary people, which will show more trust and you can get a sense of what they believe and want to achieve. Also the type of people they truly are.. Kind of how cortex recently had breaking history twitch livestream. Or how Andrew Yang was on Joe rogan & h3h3 podcast.
