TCS is one of the best companies to work with within India. As there are so many positive aspects of working in an employee-friendly company. TCS is a dream for many Engineers. But there will be a time when you need to switch from an organization for your personal growth and to improve your skillset. So that's what happened to me. I left TCS for my career growth. I want to explore my career in some other domain. And Finally, I Left TCS.
