he International Taekwon-Do Federation and their host partners, ITF Royal Dutch, have great pleasure in formally inviting your Organisation to participate in the Adult, Junior and Senior ITF World Championships being hosted in Almere, Netherlands, from 26th to 31st July 2022.

All teams / individuals participating in the Adult, Junior & Senior ITF World Championships are required to arrive in The Netherlands no later than Wednesday 27th July 2022. Please ensure that travel arrangements are made accordingly. Please be aware of deadlines for registration and payment. In order that we can accommodate your bespoke requirements, you are kindly requested to comply with the dates advised.

Please ensure that visa applications, where required, are submitted in good time. Please check with the Netherlands Consular Services to check the requirements and complete the application form, where necessary.

ITF World Championships 2022

Important Information:

Championships Venue: Pierre de Coubertinplein 4, 1362 LB Almere, Netherlands

The Topsportcentrum is an indoor sports arena, located in Almere, Netherlands. Designed by architectural studio ZJA, it opened on the 7th of October in 2007. Its operator is the city of Almere and its main hall has a capacity of 3,000 people.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A valid passport is required for all persons entering the Netherlands.
Visitors of some nationalities must obtain a visa prior to arrival.

COVID REQUIREMENTS

LANGUAGE
English will be the official language of the ITF World Championships 2022.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Participants should hold insurance in the event of medical expenses, accidents and loss of personal belongings.

DEADLINES
Friday 29th Apri l - 50% Of all packages to be paid.
Friday 17th June - All Entries to be submitted online + Final Payment of all packages.

The ITF will not accept individual payments. All payments must be made by the MO/INO.
Any bank fees will also need to be paid by the INO/MO.
Should you not pay the bank fees the ITF will send a Paypal invoice to cover the cost of these.

ITF-appointed Officials will conduct the weigh-in. Notification of room will be announced on arrival to THE HOTEL.

NB: Incorrect entry or failure to make the weight will result in disqualification from the competition
