in nyquist plot with w on horiz log scale, center of w=1 and w=10 rad/s is a scale = geometric mean (1, 10) = root(1 x 10 )

I did not get how Omega-m =3, 162 rad/s. I tried to equate the quadratic eqn (1.42 Omega-m^2- 9 Omega-m+14.2=0). Where did i go wrong?

How would you get the radius and center in this problem ..please explain anybody ....?.please ..
