Two Nasa astronauts 'stranded' onboard the International Space Station since June 2024 are on their way back to Earth more than nine months after the failure of Boeing’s Starliner capsule scuppered their original week-long mission.

Sunita Williams and Barry 'Butch' Wilmore are among four astronauts making their return to Earth after four new astronauts arrived at the space station as part of a crew swap. Also onboard the returning capsule are the US astronaut Nick Hague and the Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov

Guardian saying 'stranded' cos they don't want to upset the TDS brigade. Hilarious 😂

Well done, Elon and President Trump, for doing what Biden refused to do.

The re-entry capsule will be falling nearly as fast as the Tesla share price.

I’d rather stay there than return to Trumpland 😂

For hygiene and safety reasons, female astronauts must have a very short hair, like a military recruit's, for instance.
It's unhygienic to be shedding dandruff and smelly body oil from wearing your hair loose in the absence of gravity. It's truly unpleasant and nasty.
