How to Shorten a URL

To create a shortened (tiny) link, you have several good free options.

I would have preferred to use a google product:

In a Google Blogpost, they recommend people use BitLinks now:

It is a free service and very easy to use. You can log in with your Google Account. I highly recommend it.
