Blur absolutely cooked in this whole movie! It's almost like they knew what they wanted and gave the shots the correct time to cook so they all are at the same glorious level of craftsmanship, true artistry!

The reason the skin looks so real is because there are pores CG’d in using a depth map. Adding pores makes a lot of CGi faces look so real. It’s one of the things that sells Thanos appearance so well; the five o clock shadow and the pores in his skin.
