Показать описание
The Stanford Energy System Innovations (SESI) is the epitome of Stanford University utilizing its campus as a living laboratory for developing sustainable and scalable solutions. SESI represents a transformation of the university energy supply from 100 percent fossil-fuel-based combined heat and power plant, to grid-sourced electricity and a more efficient electric heat recovery system. This system, along with Stanford’s solar power procurement, reduces campus emissions approximately 80% from peak levels and saves 18% of campus potable water.
