Some people really do just naturally have perfect teeth with ONLY brushing. I had an assistant manager who never saw a dentist and had a mouthful of 100% perfectly aligned teeth... no crowding, no over or underbite

I'm 31 and have never had a cavity. I just got lucky. My sister had a bad run for a while and really neglected her teeth. I think she ended up with 17 cavities and several other issues when she finally made it to the dentist. She ended up flying down to Mexico to get the dental work done since the estimate in our area of the USA was six grand or so. They do great work down there for a fraction of the price.

I had a dental professional tell me there are different kinds of bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease, and if you've never been exposed to them, then you can basically go your whole life without experiencing either

Glad to have similar luck as Gura with teeth. Never sure what to make of the whole "receding gums" thing though .. think I was told I had that in 2020, then fast-forward a whole 2 years of no dental appointments, I come in again and hear zero mention of receding gums (OR cavities for that matter). Don't know what change I made to my routine to make that go away but I'm certainly not gonna complain.

I assume, the traditional diet of sharks, the teeth form and that they constantly have water going through their mouths have major roles in that. So Gura is not that safe fromcavities as other sharks.

because I have never had a cavity and i took horrible care of my teeth in my teens and still less than standard care of them as an adult
