Kinasuhan ni Arnell Ignacio sa Imus City Prosecutor’s Office sa Cavite City ang singer na si Mystica.
Ang kasong isinampa ay inciting to sedition, cyberlibel at vioation sa Bayanihan To Heal As One Act.
May kaugnayan ito sa ginawang social media post ni Mystica na minumura si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Residente kasi ng Cavite ang singer kaya doon na lamang isinampa ang nasabing kaso.
Sinabi ni Ignacio na kilalang supporter ni Pangulong Duterte na dapat magsampa na lamang ng kaso si Mystica sa korte kung sersyoso ang kaniyang alegasyon sa pangulo at huwag ng idaan sa social media.
