I met Ed a year ago at a meet and greet in Ottawa and I almost cried. He took my phone and asked if I wanted a selfie and I told him how much his song Afire Love meant to me because we had just buried my Grandma the night before. He gave me a big hug, he's really sweet in person.
Do you see that girl in the back just casually crying? That was me on the inside!

also to all the people bashing on everyone for having their phones out, how would there be a video without people It is possible to multitask and I know that I appreciated Ed singing right in front of me very much in the moment and still look back at the videos today to enjoy how awesome this concert was!

It's great to be able to watch videos such as these and get a good grasp on how down to earth and kind he really is. These girls care so much about him and he's so visibly appreciative of each of them, as well as the rest of his fans. I remember first finding him on YouTube and thinking "damn, this guy is gonna be massive". So much respect for this guy and I can't put into words how proud I am. It's compassionate, talented people like him that deserve to be in this position.

Ed tops any favourite artists I've ever had. So happy for these girls, but so unbelievably jealous.
