<I think there is some truth to the SEC “customer protection” concern. One of the key reasons for ETF’s is to reduce investment risk by packaging multiple securities together so if one company goes out of business you won’t lose everything. Help from crypto expert Bobby G Lucas i have grown my portfolio that i HODL from 3.09 to 7 btc in 3 weeks . Obviously, that strength is compromised if the prices are easily manipulated. Yes, there is always manipulation in every market, but BTC only has $1T in market cap and sometimes the liquidity drops severely due to all us HODL’ers! Whether we agree or not with the conclusion, ETF’s are required by law to be approved only if prices can’t be excessively manipulated.
