I go through phases with my climbing. My favourite phase is always where I just climb loads and still improve. Eventually I'll reach a bit of a plateau and have to structure my training a bit more to break through and can then get back to just climbing loads and still improve!

Another tip do a harder boulders even if you cant make them youll improve much faster

Yeah the problem is everytime I go to the climbing gym I feel like I need to climb better than the last time and this mindset lowers my mood so I end up not going...

The good thing about this issue is that I do keep improving almost always.

Finally someone who doesn't talk shit. Time is the main problem for people with like a let's say normal life with work and family. I hate that climbing has come to the state like bodybuilding on YouTube, everybody tries to sell you there methods wich almost never has something based in reality for 99% of people

I think it'd beneficial to identifya way too increase your climbing time successfully and what that might look like. What does climbing a lot mean? Once every other day?Everyday? 3x a day? 1hr sessions vs 6 hr sessions?

My point is that "climb a lot" can mean many different things to different people.

getting into top rope/ auto belay will help with this a lot too. because the walls are much higher, you need to push your endurance and strength further than just bouldering can offer.

Repetition definitely helps to improve technique and you'll easily get stronger form the volume. Just don't go zero to a hundred otherwise you could get injured especially with tendinopathies.

Climb a lot, but get some coaching or a mentor. This will help you develop good habits. If you want to be your best you need feedback.
