Homemade Log Clamp Log Dog

This is a look at my homemade log clamp/log dog for my woodland mills hm126-14. Works off of a 3500lb winch. Works great!!

Looks like a modified Woodland mill. That clamp is a beast.

Those are some pretty nice mods. Looks like you built a trailer or at least a steel platform to set your mill on what size steel did you use? Does that the platform seem to be adequate to take the stress of your winch system mods? What size winch are you using? I’m thinking of doing something similar, and would appreciate you input. Thanks
