Usually a sony a7sii, dji osmo, gopro hero 6, dji mavic.
I use a 85mm, 35mm, 50mm, 10-18mm and 20-70mm lenses.

How did you get into youtube?

I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. Youtube starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)

Why arent you on TV?

Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

Thanks for this comprehensive review - I love this camera. I've just done a video test of the Go Pro 7 black underwater without a housing to hear what the audio is like. Pretty eerie! Do you use a housing at less than 10m?

I just got mine today, I originally bought a new Hero 5 because that was all I wanted to spend. I had to return it twice, the dealer was really cool about it though. The second time I called GoPro to see if I could get some tech support. After about 30 minutes working with an Indian customer's service agent, she suggests I return it, I thought maybe I should invest a couple of extra buck on the Hero 6 when all of a sudden she said, "sorry about the inconvenience, I'd like to offered you a $100.00 discount on the Hero 7 if you would like"... I freaking jumped at. Two days later the order got screwed up so I spoke to a manager, fixed the problem for me and he gave me a $50.00 accessory (total of $150 discount) so that was cool. To say the least, Hero 7 Black is awesome, the best camera they've made so far, the picture is razor sharp and colorful. The stabilization is the best, but you should try it with a gimbal... totally amazing!

The stabilisation is nice, but the video is often "pixelated" in some parts. What resolution you were shooting? 1080 or you only downscaled to that resolution?
