You two have more snow in St. Louis than Madison, WI has gotten all winter so far. Snow forts and tunnels were my go-to snow architecture as a kid. 😊

My favorite snow memory would probably have to be when we all got our licenses or permits. We would all get together at what would ironically end up being my first cooking job's emoloyee parking lot and drift around. Afterwards we would bust the snowboards or sleds out and pull them behind. Eventually a group of our hometown's officers made it a routine with us of bringing coffee, hot chocolate and donuts to the spot to observe us and make sure nobody got hurt or crashed with their instructions and demonstrations on how to regain control on slippery/icy surfacrs. Its been about 12 years since we've done it, and let me tell you it hasn't just helped in winter but severe rainfall days too. A few of us kept in touch after graduation and we still occasionally get together with a few of the officers and their kiddos for pond hockey still.

10 years later after my shadowing at the Department for my senior year project and they're harassing me for a Detective Jr III for Left Wing replacement🤣

!!! Love the Snow Lady's <3 When I was a little girl it snowed for the first time in years where I lived in California. In the morning the snow already melted except for the shady areas. My neighbor's side of his garage had a hill of snow. So most of us older kids ran over and had the biggest snowball fight! Truly the best year we all had on the little street.

Hi ya! You two are great! My favorite snow memory is when my Uncle taught my older Sister and I how to build a snow man. After building the snow man the three of us played in the snow for what seemed like forever. Hope ya'll have a great day 💗.

I have to go back in time a ways for an actual "snow memory" (southwest Ohio hasn't had a decent winter in decades... literally). I was under the age of 10, early to mid 70s. 6' tall snowman in the front yard every year, snowfall was consistently a foot deep or deeper, sledding either at the "fields" (not sure why we called it that) at the end of the street (dead-end street, but not a cul-de-sac), next-door-neighbor had an igloo-style "snow-fort" built against the side of his other neighbor's garage (sat at the bottom of a small hill). By the time the 80s started, winters kinda petered out.
Then there was the oddity: I guess it was '93, I'm driving to work, having just picked up a coworker, and we were passing a dead-end street east-side of the city (Dayton). It was January but, while cold, wasn't really cold enough to snow. There were some clouds, but it was mostly sunny. Not an ounce of snow OR ice anywhere... except on this little stretch of a dead-end street, not even a city block. We guess-timated about half an inch at least, but only THERE. Didn't see anything anywhere else. it was really weird.

When I was a kid my parents helped me build a snow fort around the swing set. It took almost all the snow in the backyard and we got so sweaty from the exercise but I had a blast and I could play in the fort for like a month. And when I was in college working as a daycare teacher we built a twelve foot snowman and it lasted until like February because there was so much packed snow. Excellent job on your snow creations!!! 💜

When I was young and lived in Nova Scotia Canada we had a huge area nearby us that was basically a small forest. One winter my dad built a shelter under a tree with the snow and we had a small camp out.

We got 15 inches of dry snow as I call it. It's impossible to do anything with it. But had a good time watching my dog Bella play in the snow. ❤

Reminds me of my childhood in northern Germany, where we frequently had that much snow and more.
Here in Italy I can tell you, the snow you have there in a day is more than we've had here in the last 10 years combined.
In comparison I'm happy seeing you two having fun there, but I prefer the warmer climate.

Here in the UK, I remember a few fun-filled snow days growing up - our street ran alongside the field of our school. One year after pretty heavy snowfall, knowing part of the School's fence was down, my brother & I rolled a snowball round in the field, gathering snow until it got so big we had to get our Dad to help get it back to our garden!
We made another couple of trips & made a snowman so tall (to kid me anyway!) we had to get step-ladders to pop his head on!
Nowadays, get some heavy snowfall here & the whole country just grinds to a panicked halt!!

In Alberta, Canada the snow is rarely ever snow (wo) man building snow, April/May or September/October is usually good snow person building snow. The Junior High sometimes would build a massive snow fort, adults could stand in, with tunnels. That’s a great memory. I’ve also seen snow in every month, my cousin took her little boy sledding in August once about 24 years ago.
Loved your snow ladies and your merch, going to look into getting some when I can find a job.

Favorite snow/winter memory as a kid is my family walking into the forest on skis and making a fire and eating, deinking hot chocolate etc 😊😊😊

My favorite memory of winter as a kid was when I was in 5th grade. My friend and I were digging tunnels in the snow banks at school during recess. We were so busy doing that, we actually didn't hear the bell to come back in go off. We only realized this when we looked out and saw kindergarteners. Our teacher apparently asked where we were and another friend of ours told him and asked if he could come out and get us. Teacher told him no, because then there would be three kids outside that wouldn't come in.

I as a child loved snow so much I loved taking my sled up to the back field and sledding down but all the best memories were made in elementary school(I lived in the middle of no where and we had snow and the woods) and we’d make forts and slopes etx

I don't have really any from childhood BUT! My story about snow isn't necessarily fun but it is hilarious to look back on, at least for me. I walk to work most of the time and since i live in Kentucky we normally either get no snow or we get a lot. Well this particular year we had very little but ice was everywhere. So while i was walking i noticed that alot of the sidewalk was covered in ice and i said to myself best be careful dont want to slip. Well I was right about that. Even walking carefully i was slip and sliding everywhere. Well the one aspect i haven't mentioned is i bus to work and i get to work and everything goes well, i have an awesome day. I used to be part of a team where we were elves for Santa. It was extremely rewarding. Anyway, i am carrying all of my stuff and got on the bus to go home. Well i didn't think about this, the steps on this particular bus were extremely slick from everyone tracking in snow on their shoes. The bus pulls up to the stop, doesn't lower to let me off which they are supposed to do and I slip, missing a step and fall on very cold and hard concreate. My foot sprains itself. But this story does have a good ending, And thus i had to stop doing a majority of my job because i couldn't put pressure on my foot. Well while I was doing my elf shift the next day, a kid came up and santa told the kid he was on the nice list. And I always try to make it special, so i yell out your on the nice list and give him a big round of applause, and I got a hug because the kiddo was so excited. It made me forget the pain my foot was in and I was so happy to give them that memory! Thats probably the best story about snow/colder weather i have.
