Every thing it’s saying is correct. The interesting thing with the lawsuit is that the SEC had many conflicting documents concerning registration requirements. They have admitted to the error and do not want this to go to trial because in discovery they fear specific information might come out. In there best interest they are looking to settle. What they could have done after the trading halted is to allow them simply register the damn coin and save everyone the hassle. But predatory as they are, I’m sure it’s all about the money. Isn’t everything?
