Damn thought I invented a variation of this lol it's been working on everyone too. Instead of the hip rotation you use I work their heel to their chest instead of the deep leg ride although have the leg crossed and isolated with a turk ride style lockdown. This is an awful amount of internal torque on the hip

I'll pull the far side leg through when they are in turtle and cross the legs or when seated ill grab their one leg two on one while blocking their other leg with my foot then push it far side and sit into quarter guard behind the thigh. Push the heel to their chest and get the tap
