Scraping Data from JavaScript rendered tables with Python

Spending time rendering pages or parsing HTML does work, but always check this first. by looking in the network tab we find the API is open for us to grab all the data in one go and in 3 lines of code I have all of it in JSON format ready to be anaylsed or stored.

It's not always this simple but always check!

If this does not work and there's no JSON exposed and the classes are being updated dynamically, I suppose Selenium is the goto solution?

Where is this magical Network Tab? What tool are you using to look at the Response, Request, etc?

What should we do if the site did check for cookies? Would the URL return whatever info is presented to a first-time visitor? Can we send a pre-made cookie to fake log-in?

How would I though be able to get the API when there is no JSON with the right information when I check network?

I'm scrapping a website.
But I have to login there first, then I can use the API as get request in browser and I get data in json format.
When I look into request header, I see cookies there as well.
When I try to access that API without logging in on website, it says unauthorized.

Please guide me how do I solve this problem. I stuck for few days on this
