4th setting under game "Scope Magnification adapts Automatically" basically removes the zoom while ads, its like the setting from cod, independent ads zoom or whatever it was called

MDV 0 is already 1:1 sens at all zoom levels

You don't want the same rotational speed at all zoom levels, that's insane
