like I have a list of<names>+<random amounts of spaces>+<contact no>

when i try your method I get and so on..

What if I need to maintain the list as

<name1>+space+<contact1>
<name2>+space+<contact2> and so on..

Hello bro thanks for the video I have one issue I don't want the lines to change i mean if I click this the lines also change right I mean if 5 spaces are replaced with one space in 1st line then some word from second line will go to first line right? That i don't want to happen bcoz it's copy paste work and I have to go by line to line
