I've used that exact case to make a field watch. It's a great case, 39mm, sapphire crystal & 200 meter water resistant. Inexpensive too!

Nice build. Tyoe B style with date window you don't see every day. Just a few tips: Use a washer on the hour wheel befor installing the dial so the hour wheel always engages the intermidiate wheel. please use tweezers with a plastic tip. You just scratched the dial when putting the hour hand on. After every hand installation, check if the hand turns ok.

Hi, I just started learning to build custom watch and your video makes it very easy to do it, it very encouraging . Can you share me all the tool that I should prepare before I start to build my watch?

Nice. I do think a red second hand might have given it the smallest pop of color though. Very good video.

Good reminder to grease the threads of the watch back, too.

That was very fascinating to watch. I think I would like to try this just to see if I can do it.

Scratching the dial at 2:18 was painful to watch

Nice watch! Perfect case and dial choices. I went 44mm with a mechanical 6497 and a canvas strap :)

Nice result. I make my own watches, I also use NH35/36. I have more trouble than you with the sweeper though. I use Rodico to hold it in place. I use plastic tweezers to set the hands as I once scratched a dial with steel ones.

Nice video for watch DIY-ers. Two questions: how does the cut stem attached to the crown? How do you test the water resistance of the watch at home?

Thank you for the video this was made easy by you. Can you do another project only this time with a GMT complication?

Awesome. I’m inspired.
Is there a guide to which movements fit into which cases etc.?

I really like that dial but cannot find it on Aliexpress nor ebay. Would you happen to have a link?

Sadly, I find myself only liking watches that are very expensive.
But I don't care about the name, so my question is : Is it possible to have someone (not me!) make a watch from scratch by buying the parts to make my dream watch? Is this possible?

Do you need a Vernier to measure where to cut the winding stem? Where do you measure it from?

Śliczny zegarek, jeszcze jakiś ciekawy grawer na dekielek i będzie całkowicie jedyny w swoim rodzaju.
