I got it with hyalu b5 anti-wrinkle care cream. Do I use it before the cream or after?

So i dont have to use moisturizer to seal it ? It has dimethicone and glycerin so i think it can occlude hydration on its own. I have oily skin and live in humid weather area

It should be applied onto dumped skin, not dry. So the water can penetrate. Hyaluronic acid behaves with moisture like a magnet with iron: it attracts it very strongly.
