Learn how to create Google OAuth2 installed application credentials in this step-by-step video tutorial.

OAuth2 is a standard authorization protocol that allows applications to obtain limited access to user accounts on an HTTP service, such as Google. By using OAuth2, you can allow your web application to access user data on Google APIs without requiring users to share their passwords with your application.

In this video, you will learn how to create Google OAuth2 installed application credentials in the Google Cloud Console. You will also learn how to configure the OAuth2 consent screen and define the scopes that your application will be using.

This video is for anyone who is developing a web application that needs to access user data on Google APIs.

Can you please explain why you didn't fill in the "authorized domains" section? Is that supposed to be obtained somewhere first? I'm asking cause I'm having issues authenticating mine now (error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch)

Thanks for the tutorial. When I press "Save and Continue" button on OAuth consent screen, I get an error message, "An error saving your app has occurred " and it doesn't explain what the error is. Is there any way to know what the error is and get pass this screen?
