I had bowel problems for years and even urinary problems that they thought was a gallstone but when it started to impede in to my digestive system, affecting my bowel, they had to operate.

There’s a medical name for it but I call it a Pearl Jam and I asked the hospital if I could keep it which they didn’t agree to but did give me a section of it.
Iv never grown another one, can pee and poop fine now but I’m always in one way hoping I grow another butt Pearl just cause of how rare and amazing it is. Nature man. My body / my ass man. Amazing.

And my grandma once went to the beach there and she found in the oyster with a very beautiful black kind of pearl and she gave it to my uncles girlfriend :D
