Building a Custom Module with Lens Protocol from Scratch

Показать описание
Modules allow developers to program (and users to leverage) unique, custom functionality on follow, collect and reference (i.e. mirrors and comments). This opens the door to exciting new community-created features that greatly expand on the basic Lens Protocol social graph.

In this video, you'll learn how to build and deploy a custom module that only allows someone to follow another user if they know their secret code.

By the end of the video you should have a basic grasp of how custom modules work and how to start building and testing with them.

We need an updated one of these. Couldn’t get the repo running locally following this. I think some setup steps have changed

Still got the module written but would love to deploy and test locally!

This is awesome! I've been developing in the Deso space for a while and am excited to learn and develop in the Lens space soon!

One question...for this example in a real world scenario is the data that's set in the initializeFollowModule actually private? Couldn't someone look at all the transactions and figure out that data and use it? Or is there some kind of utility in the Lens protocol for actually storing private data?

Great content, as always! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
