Why is he epic tho, like he has two different traits (water walk and charging super while near enemies), what's more that second trait is right now only available for mythic+ Brawlers (Lily, Buzz, Cordy)

Also his attack mechanic is kinda similar to Draco's, but actually even more complicated, I think he deserves to be at least mythic
