Person trapped by floodwaters following Scottsdale monsoon

SkyFOX is over Scottsdale, where crews are trying to rescue a person who is trapped by raging floodwaters at what appears to be a skatepark. The area saw a lot of rain on Friday due to a powerful monsoon storm that moved through.
