UAVOS UAV propellers are designed, tested and manufactured according to rigorous Quality Standards.
UAVOS' UAV propellers procedures cover the whole production chain - from design to manufacturing. Our facility has its own machining center, curing oven, paint booth, clean room, inspection center, and shipping/receiving area.
After many hours of design, testing, and analysis by UAVOS’s engineers and clients, the UAV propellers with an increased life have been built. They are fully interchangeable and carry a life-limit of 2,600 hours.
Today UAVOS manufactures rotor blades for the helicopters with up to 50 kg take-off mass as well as for the helicopters with up to 140 kg take-off mass. Custom sizes to meet their specific process requirements are available.
