Flippers are worried i give a Entire Month ( or maybe even 2 two) to entice the seller. Cost of repairs go up, it could get harder to find Buyers?

Great information! I have a probate situation, hoping it’s my first deal. I am living in the house in Washington. The owner passed away-no will. The brothers have hired attorneys and already ordered an appraisal. Going to have a conversation with him to figure out their pain point/motivation. I like the solution stacking concept. My challenge at this point is finding an end buyer. Any suggestions? I’m new to your community but binge watching!
