- Take some potions of strength and babies
- When you spawn him, the Wither will explode a 1st time -> flee this explosion cause it will instant kill you

a few tips for you:

Rolf died because your sword hits multiple targets at once. Use a diamond axe if you don't want to accidentally do it again

Put a roof over the mob farm so they spawn faster, and build it higher so they dies of fall damage, usually about 23 blocks

You should look into observers as you can use them to make automatic pumpkin, melon, and sugar cane farms so you don't have to do it manually

If you want to get lots of villagers to trade with, look up villager breeders

Set up a nether portal at the end portal and link it with your nether hub to make it quicker

Hostile mobs despawn if you are a certain number of blocks away (128 blocks). Give them a block to hold or use a name tag on them to prevent them from despawning

edit: Another tip I forgot to add- if you want a different enchant book, just destroy the lecturn and place it down again. It will give you a different enchanted book
