As an international student currently residing in New Jersey, I have sent my application, including a money order, to the New York VFS center on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I received error notifications both times. I am particularly concerned because my passport has been with the New York VFS center for more than 15 days now.

I have a question: Can a sponsor's dollar account, which is use for his salary account years ago while working outside the country but not frequently used since they're on pension form about 10-12 years now and no longer working, be used as proof of funds in addition to their cedis account? If so, how should it be explained and what additional documents are required?
